This support is facilitated both by staff within CABE and across England.

Project enabling model

Project enabling involves a one-to-one-relationship with a single client on individual projects. Project enabling is more appropriate for individual buildings, masterplanning or public space projects.

Strategic enabling model

Strategic enabling involves working in teams with clients to achieve broader aims not tied to a specific project or site. Strategic enabling is often needed at the wider spatial scale or when supporting a large programme of work.

Enablers and advisors

Our enabling service is run by enablers and advisors. Enablers are experienced professionals who give some of their time to CABE, while advisors are staff within CABE. Enablers and advisors work closely together to ensure the best value for our clients.
